Sew Knit and Natter

Woodwork Group (Morning Session)

Pottery Group (AM Session)

Have a go at throwing some clay and pinching pots in our fully equipped pottery/art studio, with a kiln and wheel.

Pilates

Pilates can help improve posture, muscle tone and flexibility, core strength and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension.

Activities are open to all living with brain injury, families and carers. Courses are subsidised, and we therefore request that you become a ‘Friend of Headway’ to access our activities.
